To celebrate the Chinese New Year, the center is pleased to announce that Master Ji Ru will lead a one day retreat focused on developing a more intensive meditation practice. This is a great opportunity to spend a day of focused instruction with a real meditation master. You will leave with a deeper understanding and appreciation for the practical applications and benefits of meditation practice for your every day life as well as improved abilities for concentration and attention. The retreat is open to all who have a fundamental understanding of meditation practice. If you are new to practice, you need to come to the center before the retreat, on any of our other meditation session days and learn the basic technique. All of the weekly sessions at the center are free.

The retreat will begin at 6am and end at 5pm. Light vegetarian breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided. The retreat schedule to be announced later.
